We hope you've found your new online home. We have created this site to empower citizens by providing information and resources.

You asked and we answered. In some states the term is "pro per" and in some states its "pro se". Both mean handling a legal matter by or for oneself. In many parts of the country consumers are increasingly handling their own uncontested legal matters. The demand for the services of legal document preparers has never been greater.

The services of legal document preparers are not a substitute for an attorney. But, for document preparation where no legal advice is required - legal document preparers provide a perfectly acceptable solution.

As we grow, we'll be adding information about federal laws that affect us all. And we'll discuss administrative laws and procedures in which legal document preparers can prepare documents for consumers.

We are now accepting membership fees. Only $39.00 annual membership. Our year is from April 3, 2013 to April 3, 2014.

We are inviting qualified individual document preparers, document preparation companies, and document preparation associations to join us.

The cost to join is only $39.00. Annual membership - no need to renew until 2014.
